Refund policy

We do NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom tumblers or any custom resin epoxy items. 

Please allow 7–14 business days for custom tumbler orders and 2–4 business weeks for custom resin epoxy items due to the detailed handmade and curing process. Because these items are made to your exact specifications, all custom sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

We have a NO return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days!  If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Must reach out within 3 days of receipt. 

Refunds Approval 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your eligible return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
